I have touched on her worrying weight issues - I'd imagine that she's classed as morbidly obese which will presumably explain why she's not allowed to do certain tasks / challenges .
Add the oppressive heat / humidity /insect bites to the weight related issues , hardly eating, poor sleep and incredible stress - she's doing well to even stay in there .
