But actually... IRL... it wouldn't be an issue unless the tattoos were excessive or offensive.
However I do think it depends on the job

. And most people who have (visible, non-coverable) tattoos are well aware of that when they choose to get them so I don't think it's a problem. It certainly isn't discrimination. A visible tattoo is a big - and permanent - life choice.
