It really isn't that cut and dried ..
I've just recently explained that in stressful, pressurised situations I have no real control over my emotions..
Also ... slight tangent ( that's another aspie trait incidentally) .. I absolutely hate it when someone uses THAT word !!!

It hardly ever came up in general conversation back in the day and nowadays it's thrown in all over the place .. completely overused imho
