We're just having a big arse chicken this year so it's no different to a normal Sunday roast
. Might do the mash on xmas eve and just reheat so that I'm not ****ing about with 'tatoes all morning on Christmas. We were lazy this year and got a pre-prepared oven thing of roast potatoes in goose fat that just gets thrown in the oven.
It's just the four of us on Christmas day this year so not going overboard. We're off the the in-laws in smelly England on the 27th for Xmas 2.0
