The boyfriend brought me breakfast in bed today
Two slices of wholewheat toast with veggie oil spread
An espresso with raw cane sugar and topped up with soymilk
A pink lady apple

In the evening I had a pizza toastie (bread, cheese, oregano, basil and sauce)
Another coffee the same as before

Dinner was veggie pie at my bf's parents house.
A rum truffle for dessert
