Come to an agreement that a majority of MPs will support. It only needs to be above 50% - no need for a consensus or anything approaching.
Election won't change anything unless both main parties change their Brexit position, unless the (unlikely) outcome happened of one party getting a big majority then they could probably force through any deal.
2nd Ref would likely be another knife-edge vote (unless leave voters are disillusioned and don't bother to vote) so divisive. The MPs supporting it have convinced themselves it will be a remain result this time, and everything will be okay, but there is a high chance it won't work out like that.
No to Scottish independence. That would be adding more chaos to chaos.
