You'll need to get a Kodi stick / box anyway then
. Though they tend to be pretty cheap and you can get them pre set-up from your local "dodgy kodi box guy" (they will usually be spamming them all over Facebook selling page
).
Or if the TV has Chromecast you could just run kodi on your phone and mirror it to the TV but tbh it's not the best option because it'll drain your phone battery and obviously cut off if the phone does.
