Exactly my thinking, Oliver. It may well present an unfair advantage and the problem isn't that she pointed that out, it was the needless way she went about it. It's a conversation that needs to be had, but sensitively and with empathy, not "Hey you big burly men are just putting on dresses to CHEAT!"
