No, Mitchell will set a task. It'll normally be something quite obscure and requires creative response.
Example, in one series they got a set amount of lemons and they had to make the tallest tower possible. In another they had to get a ball into a hole without touching the ball.
Then the solutions will be presented to the taskmaster and he Ranks them worst to best, the best gets 5 points the worst gets 1.
