I discovered this show on Monday (the wonders of daytime tv during half term!) and it's great!

The "boss" of a company goes undercover in their own company, and under the guise of a fictional tv show, learns about the shortcomings of the way things are run, and the lives of their employees. At the end of each episode, they make changes, and reward their good employees with things like holidays, paying for rent, or bankrolling their studies.
