There was a brief period of multiple Fentanyl-related OD's in the lovely town I work in, a year or so ago I think. We saw at least three bodies being taken out of the "dodgy flats" across from the shop, and heard of a couple of other deaths. There was also one guy that was found lying on the benches across the street and everyone INSISTED he had died (or was already dead when found) as there was police tape everywhere... a few weeks passed, and then he walked in looking to collect a football coupon. So that was a bit of a surprise.
