I would say Chef , on TV they make it sound so glamorous but the long hours take their toll.
Doctor in some ways but not others. People who go into it for the money / prestige are in for a shock, the first 10-15 years are constant long hours with very little thanks, heaps of stress, and not even that well paid compared to other jobs that require LESS study. If going into it for the right reasons (an actual passion for the career) then I'm sure there are many other rewards.

Law is another one where most people don't end up making much money until 10 years+ into their career.
