It depends on the context. The term 'White Power' was coined out of white supremacy. Black power is more akin to girl power, it's more about empowerment rather than claiming supremacy over another race or gender.

There might be Black supremacists out there but you've got to accept that the origins of white power and black power are different and so are their meanings for the most part.
