Anyway, since I'm not sure exactly who you were asking, I'll clarify for myself:
This clown is saying that the video unfortunately starts too late, and ends too early, to give an overview of what actually happened from start to finish and
it is a shame that recent events have shown that context is important, and that it's naive to think otherwise. I'm not calling the guy who made the video a liar - like I said, there being others audible also saying they were being racist seems to confirm that they were being - but the video in itself is simply not enough to be certain.
I'm sure you're still angry about that explanation but I also don't care so
