I think I'd give it an 8/10.
I'm old enough to remember the old days when you were supposed to hide behind the sofa to watch, but unfortunately my over-protective parents thought it would give me nightmares so I had to resort to watching through a crack in the living room door.

(They never guessed I'm sure!)
I think Russell T Davies has done a fantastic job, Christopher Eccleston is brilliant, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I just hope they can keep the momentum going and that the great ratings weren't down to people tuning in out of curiosity.
