It's say it's more as BOTS says here, Parm... he may have been inspired to stream it and use the headcam due to modern gaming / streaming but I think it's a stretch to say that it played any part in triggering or causing the attack. He also shouted "don't forget to subscribe to Pewdiepie" on the stream. It seems more like he did all of these "extras" to gather as much attention as possible (as ultimately, that is the goal in a terrorist attack) so he utilised a lot of these things to do that. The motivation for doing it is, sadly, the ever-increasing levels of hatred and violence we're seeing towards immigrants and minorities, and the fact that it's being tolerated and even celebrated by certain sections of society. A lot of rage out there, and a lot of twisted ideologies.
