This performance on the Jonathan Ross Show is superior to the album version. Unlike Paper Gangsta, Brown Eyes
is typical pop debut fodder, and I'm not here for it. It's a sickly-sweet, prepubescent heartbreak song, and I just find it kinda hard to stomach. Even for a first outing, this is an incredibly weak ballad by Gaga's standards.
