Eh, don’t report that somebody burgaled your home or mugged you in the street because SOMEONE SOMEWHERE is being murdered or raped.

You can’t ask people to put aside their more ‘tivial’ in your eyes issues just because more pressing matters are occuring, otherwise you’d have to tell EVERYONE whom was a victim of a ‘minor’ crime to just live with it because of more important crimes that need investigating.
