Look on the bright side...
It'll make the bad things that happen to him all the more satisfying.
All that built up tension, constantly getting sick and tired of him being around, getting to the point you just wish he wasn't there anymore because he's so annoyingly repetitive. Then bye bye David =]
It'll feel good. Just have to be patient that's all.
