I am a bit torn on this, it has become a bit of a Royal tradition so i do feel sorry for the people who turn out in all weathers to see them in the flesh and I do think they have some obligation to 'parade' the baby at some point for the die hards, that is not as easy to do if she is having a home birth as it is if she was popping him/her out in the Lindo wing so I think it will be more to do with the practicalities rather than flying in the face of recent tradition.
I read somewhere that people don't actually believe she is pregnant and that a surrogate is having the baby hence the home birth etc
