Does it make a difference when you workout in relation to eating?
Let's say I spend an hour on the treadmill, and then eat an Easter egg. Would the egg have been preemptively worked off, so I've got "minus 100 calories" in my body? Or would the exercise time be void because I'd not yet eaten?
