Just because the show originates in Canada doesn't mean that's who the winners are. Most, if not all of those endings had the voting system, apart from the Cadets I think since that one is so obviously the real one.
I even remember Canada was really late airing PI (much like it did for most of the seasons before; another reason not to just judge on Canada), and when the voting for that happened there was a huge campaign by the Total Drama Wiki to vote for Sky just so Canada would FINALLY get a female winner eazdfe\afea
Alejandro also only won World Tour in Canada because of the fact that the Final 3 made it to the last episode so people voted between them, and he got second to Cody in the Canadian voting by a rough margin between him and Heather. It wouldn't make sense for Heather to lose against him.
