The overtures to the present government from Trump and the other politicians in the USA seem to be developing conditions that haven't been acceptable to the UK before.
Corbyn has always said he'll deal and meet with Trump on a business level.
That's fine by me.
Hopefully however Trump is gone in a couple of years from office.
That could change most things for the better.

In theory it could even strengthen the position with a future Trump-skeptical president, gaining some respect for not flopping at Trump's feet for the hope of a trade deal. However... I have a horrible feeling that Trump will get a full 8 years
