Yes but it's their "bread n butter" franchise and the current lineup are some of the most recognisable faces in Hollywood... And were established actors before joining the MCU. I find it very unlikely that they'd suddenly fill the main roster with teenagers. I can see this being Marvel's version of DC's "Titans".

They have loads of avengers teams though they would probably bring them in and also if the young avengers does definitely happen it would involve Spider-Man some how I think since his at the same age as the young avengers I also think if they did do it I can see the current alive roster being like mentors to them or at least appear in it one way or another
Plus the avengers are not just one team they are multiple teams which I do think marvel will bring into the mcu marvel also try to bring in some of the unknown characters into the mcu so that the audience get to know who they are so more avengers films are to come.
