on this occasion, I think you were lucky to get a replacement, if its a quiet bar and the person behind it agrees to look after your drink, fair enough, but even then they could be distracted, but in a busy bar leaving drinks unattended is asking for trouble, anyone could have put anything into them, so having one taken might have been the least of your problems
next time go to the toilet before you invest in two cocktails.
