I can ae that actually, almost a repeat of the Red Viper fight with speed / agility beating brute strength, but Arya won't make the mistake that Chatty Cathy did, once she has the mountain down she'll just kill him quickly and efficiently.
Though if I was going to bet; I'd still bet on The Hound surviving, being saved by Arya when The Mountain is about to kill him.
