Just some quick notes regarding what constitutes a legitimate answer -
1) the language for hello must be an official language recognised by the UN. No klingon or double dutch etc
2) The european artist must be known for art, sculpture or design, you can't be cheeky and pick a music artist or a director
5) the states and cities must be official states and cities, naturally
