how exactly this show has managed to make me feel sad about tribes being broken up four episodes in, other than allowing each episode a more liberal runtime (and by 'tribes' I pretty much just mean original Sa'ula), but the U.S. version needs to start doing whatever this one is doing in that regard immediately. I mean, Kama were intact for more or less the entire pre-merge and I didn't feel a thing when they splintered! Do that challenge!
Otherwise, not-so-Purple Durão seems to have emerged as a contender for the least telegenic reality TV contestant of all time. His confessionals feel more like hostage videos
