..it’s recommended I think only with GP advise, Ant...I know it’s something that people do when they’re getting used to a time difference../...jet lag etc...but it’s generally not adjusting a prolonged thing that it seem to be with you../...I really feel for you, bad sleeping patterns make you feel pretty grim because the quality of sleep can not be so good always...I think go see your GP about it and work on it together with their suggestions etc..?...
