...I think he knows himself the seriousness of what he said...(...whether drunk or sober, it’s not an excusable comment in his position...)...the article states that he says the sexual comment was ‘twisted’...the judge also seems to have acknowledged the gravity of his actions and words...but felt however, that a ‘one off’ would be given a second chance...
