Roast pork with crackling
Roast beef preferably a cut like Brisket thats a bit stringy
Roast potatoes cooked in dripping
Boiled new potatoes tossed in butter
One yorkie but only one cuz they fill up the plate too much
Seasonal sauted veg not bothered what but preferably not peas.
Loads of gravy not too thick
