Not a bad set of finalists but some are more campy and ubiquitous than "good" (Scream, Titanic, Aladdin).
Truman Show, Toy Story and Goodfellas would all be in my top ten from the decade, though... along with:

Beauty and the Beast (BY FAR the best Disney film of the decade, piss off with your Hamlet remake
