Premier League Summer Transfer Window could be moved back to 31st August
A handful of PL managers have already came out and said the early transfer window deadline makes no sense and should fall back in with the rest of the European top leagues.
Apparently a new vote is planned that would need 11 clubs to vote in favour of taking it back to 31st
