Agree, she doesn't nail the character... The Batman Arkham games have a better Harley. But then, they also have the best incarnation of The Joker so...
However, as ropey as she was, she was STILL better than most of the cast of the first Suicide Squad
. Like, Will Smith was watchable as always, but he was Will Smith with a sniper rifle. He wasn't really Deadshot, was he. He can't play an antihero. Even the consistently ropey Arrow had a more convincing "ambiguous morality" version of Deadshot.
