OK just seen cheries reply, if its not the reason of modesty as made out, then its taking away girls choices for no reason. Reminds me of a case a while back where a school (think it was in America) that banned girls wearing skirts as it was 'too distracting for male teachers'
Because of course, some teachers being pedos is the fault of the girls for wearing skirts. And the teachers will no longer be pervs if skirts disappear..
