I’m just finishing day two of three of “The Military Diet” - torture.
Yesterday:-
Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, 2tbsp of peanut butter on brown toast and a black tea.
Lunch: Half a cup of tuna, a piece of plain brown toast and a black tea.
Dinner: 3oz of ham, one cup of green beans, a small apple, half a banana and one cup of vanilla ice cream.
Today:-
Breakfast: an egg (cooked however, I had boiled), one piece of plain brown toast and half a banana.
Lunch: one cup of cottage cheese, two rice cakes and another boiled egg.
Dinner: two hot dog sausages, one cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
Tomorrow:-
Breakfast: two rice cakes, one slice of cheddar cheese and a small apple.
Lunch: one boiled egg and a piece of plain brown toast.
Dinner: one cup of tuna, half a banana and one cup of vanilla ice cream.
