She wasn't! , she was actually thinking about blocking "Kate" and another player told her that even if Kate is fake they still liked "her" and still got on etc and Sian just agreed with that .
Sian still had her doubts but made friends with Kate as a person so that's why she didn't block kate . And that's why in the end Sian seemed more likeable and she accepted that it was a game when the reveal happened so fair play to her.
Dan however overreacted ,and was sour about the ordeal until Alex/kate and his girlfriend millie took Dan out for a long lunch and then all was forgiven and they're all friends now.
