The opposite to my most forgettable thread, which housemates from all the series are the most remembered whenever their series is brought up. I'll name three housemates per series.

BB1: Nick and Craig for their role in the major event of the series, and Caroline.
BB2: Paul and Helen for their showmance, but Paul would have been forgettable if he didn't hook up with Helen, and Brian.
BB3: Jade (for obvious reasons), Alex and Adele(?)
BB4: Haha such a forgettable series, probably Federico, Jon and Lisa
BB5: Nadia, Michelle and Victor.
BB6: Makosi, Craig, and Derek/Kemal/Science, so many remembered housemates from this series.
BB7: Nikki, Aisleyne and Pete.
BB8: Charley and Chanelle for having the main feud of the series, and Carole I guess.
BB9: Rex, Mikey and Lisa (Rachel, Sara and other members of the B-Block as well)
BB10: Freddie, Marcus, Bea
BB11: John James and Josie for their romance and Ben.
BB12: Aaron, Jay and Alex, the Top 3 of the series basically
BB13: Deana, Conor, Arron.
BB14: Gina, Hazel, Dexter.
BB15: Helen (for all the wrong reasons), Ashleigh and Toya but she is debatable.
BB16: Marc, Joel and Harry Amelia
BB17: Jayne, LaTeysha and Hughie
BB18: Isabelle, Chanelle and Ellie
BB19: Lewis F, Cameron and Tomasz actually.
