I don't think it's as simple as that, there's no "alternate vote" on these polls... and I would imagine that all of those who want to remain, or want to stay in full customs union, would still take a shoddy deal over no deal if those were the only two options on the table.

It would definitely slow the economy but leaving in any form is going to do that. It would be nowhere near the sh**show that No Deal would be and would undoubtedly be tweaked and improved over the coming years. No Deal creates some very real and immediate problems.
