Jan is a mother , but her child is obviously grown up .
I don't think Jan would ever doubt Sammi is fake, Ella & Woody slightly suspected Sammie because of the frozen question being wrong. But they've let that slide probably because he's usually quick at answering other child related questions.
Georgina playfully doubted Sammi in the painting task, but Georgina instantly felt bad because Sammi is soo good at manipulation ( tbh I hated his emotional manipulation about the painting and using words like "disgusting" was OTT ) . Especially when the child ISN'T even his
. That's why I don't think James/ sammi is as likeable as Kate / Alex last year
