There is a Dinah Lance in Arrow... Sarah and Laurel's late mother, who had nothing to do with the canaries or any form of crime fighting (other than being married to a cop
). They do like to make it complicated.
Also I'm pretty sure neither Sarah nor Laurel have even mentioned in passing that Dinah Drake has the same name as their mum
. You'd think it would warrant a "Oh, that was my mothers name" or something.
