no alcohol, since i never drink anything with alcohol in it
mornings usually: a fruit tea (or in winters you also got typical winter tea flavours such as cinnamon/orange or extra spice & orange)
during lunch: either a glass of yoghurtdrink (banana/kiwi) or milk, or vegetable stock cubes with water, and then tomato in the cup, a sort of easy to make soup (all in one cup)
afternoon/evening: again of that winter tea, and after that some lemonade i guess but i am more for the snacks to eat i guess, chocolate kisses are lovely, or Christmas chocolades with the marzipan, sprinkles

or chocolates with orange flavour
