they should have done a lot more than acknowledging the show. Other campmates friends and family showed massive support and asked the fans to vote for them with the numbers but none of the jenners/kardashians ever did that.
I think Kim's excuse is lame, they could have easily write a letter and ask Caitlyn's agent to pass it on. It wouldn't surprise me if they wanted a fee for a 5 second appearance. They have so much money and they could afford to send all their family over to australia. The whole family are selfish and stuck up. Caitlyn is the only good jenner.
