She's defended him saying it's all innocent and he just gives her "advice about boys" which... well... it doesn't sound UNlike textbook grooming to me?
Obviously no one can know the guy's intentions 100% or what he's getting out of it, maybe it is platonic from his point of view too, but it's wildly inappropriate and I'd be kicking my daughter's phone to the moon
