Such sad news especially at this time of the year.

I really don't get why they just left her lying down on the pavement for SIX hours. Something really doesn't add up here. They could have brought her to the hospital themselves, or if they really wanted to wait for the ambulance and if common sense kicked in, then they could have lifted her in to the house to be warm, and maybe try and do something to reduce the pain from the fracture.
