lol no-one takes stuff like "genderfluid" seriously, it's fine.

But as others have said, cis is a descriptor. Women and transwomen are different, and in some cases people will only be referring to one of these - "cis women's issues" are different to "transwomen's issues", while "women's issues" can refer to both.
