I suppose they might stick a Cell in it for the first release like they did with the Emotion Engine in the PS3, then whip it back out for the first price drop.
To be honest though isn't PS3 backwards compatibility sort of moot? Pretty much every decent PS3 game got a PS4 remaster so 1, 2 and 4 compatibility is fine
