Just as stated by Cord in the video, you can vote by sending me a private message. You must send in 2 sets of 1-8, 10, and 12 points (one for jury voting, one for televoting). You cannot under any circumstance vote for your own country. Please have some differences between your two sets of votes. If you are participating with more than one country, please send all votes in one PM. All members of the Big 6 must vote.
IF you are participating and do not send in 1 or both sets of points, your points will be replaced with an aggregated result.
If you are voting as a part of the Rest of the World, please send me a PM with all 24 countries individually ranked on a scale of 1 to 5. All ROTW rankings will be averaged to create the ROTW jury vote.
