The 'poor' man invited the paparazzi to snap pictures of him getting a suit fitted for a wedding he wasn't invited to because he wanted to make a quick buck.
He courted the press just like Samantha Markle did.
Meghan's dad wasn't in her life by all accounts, they were estranged so why should Meghan introduce Harry to someone she had cut ties with? Judging from how her father has acted, it was for good reason.
