He can enter as late as the convention. I agree he doesnt stand much chance, I'm just speculating as to why he's doing this? He must know this makes it harder for him in Utah and as we speak #RecallRomney is trending.
He would have to get at least a dozen high profile senators behind him to run. Probably need a big name like Mitch McConnell too. I just dont see it, so why is he doing this?
